Privacy Policy

Human Frēq is a 90-day wellness and communication practice. We collect only what is necessary to deliver the practice, we do not sell your data, and on Day 90 all session data is permanently and irreversibly deleted. That is by design.

This policy explains what we collect, why, and what happens to it.

What We Collect

  • Email address — collected when you sign up, used to send your access link and account communications.
  • Session conversations — the messages you exchange with Frēq across your 90-day practice. Stored so the practice can hold the thread of your life across sessions.
  • Your Day 1 intention — the text you write during onboarding. Surfaced back to you on Day 29 and Day 89. Deleted with all session data on Day 90.
  • Account status and progress — your current day, trial or subscription status, and the date your account was created.
  • Payment confirmation — we receive confirmation that payment was completed. Your card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch our servers.

We do not collect health data, location data, or device data beyond what your browser sends with every web request.

How We Use Your Information

  • To provide your daily practice sessions
  • To track your progress through the 90 days
  • To surface your Day 1 intention on Day 29 and Day 89
  • To send account emails — access links, payment confirmation, and the Day 90 completion notice
  • To process your payment through Stripe

We do not use your session content to train AI models, to build user profiles, or for any purpose other than delivering your practice.

Day 90 — Permanent Deletion

When you complete Day 90, all session conversation data and your intention text are permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems. This deletion is automatic and cannot be undone.

The practice belongs to you. The record belongs to no one. If you want to preserve anything from your 90 days — insights, patterns you noticed, things you want to carry forward — save them before Day 90. We cannot recover deleted data.

Your email address and account status are retained after deletion unless you request full account removal.

Third-Party Services

Human Frēq uses the following third-party services to operate:

  • Anthropic — your session messages are sent to Anthropic's API to generate Frēq's responses. Anthropic's privacy policy governs how they handle API data. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train their models by default.
  • Stripe — all payment processing. Your payment information is stored and secured by Stripe. We receive only a confirmation that payment was completed.
  • Supabase — our database provider. Your account and session data are stored on Supabase's infrastructure prior to Day 90 deletion.

We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, license, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Ever.

Your Rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing hello@humanfreq.com. We will complete deletion within 30 days.

If you are located in the European Union or California, you may have additional rights under GDPR or CCPA. Contact us at the address above and we will respond to your request.

Not a Healthcare Provider

Human Frēq is a wellness and communication practice. It is not therapy, counseling, or a mental health service. We are not a HIPAA-covered entity. Please do not share information in sessions that you would share only with a licensed healthcare provider.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If changes materially affect your rights, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the practice after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
