Last updated: May 2026These terms govern your use of Human Frēq. By creating an account, you agree to them. Please read them. They are short and written to be understood.
What Human Frēq Is
Human Frēq is a 90-day wellness and communication practice. The practice is designed to develop the skill of reception — the ability to quiet your own signal and let another person's arrive clearly.
Human Frēq is not therapy, not counseling, and not a substitute for professional mental health support. Frēq is an AI coaching tool. It does not diagnose, treat, or address mental health conditions. If you are in crisis, please call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, available 24/7).
The practice is designed for adults who want to improve how they listen and receive — in their relationships, their work, and their lives. It is not designed for people in acute mental health crisis.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Human Frēq. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Trial and Payment
- 14-day free trial — Days 1 through 14 are available at no cost. No payment information is required to begin.
- One-time payment of $97 — required to continue from Day 15 through Day 90. There are no recurring charges.
- Payment processing — handled by Stripe. By completing payment, you authorize a one-time charge of $97.
- Access period — your 90-day practice begins on Day 1. Days do not expire; you advance one day per session.
If you do not purchase by Day 15, your account is paused. Your progress is preserved. You can unlock the remaining days at any time.
Refunds
If you are unsatisfied after purchasing, contact us within 14 days of payment at hello@humanfreq.com and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
Refund requests made after 14 days of purchase are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Day 90 — Permanent Data Deletion
Upon completion of Day 90, all session conversation data and your Day 1 intention are permanently and irreversibly deleted. This deletion is automatic, immediate, and cannot be undone.
If you want to preserve insights, reflections, or anything from your 90-day practice, save them before Day 90. We cannot recover deleted data under any circumstances.
Your Content
The messages you share in sessions are yours. We use them solely to provide the practice — to generate Frēq's responses and to hold the thread of your life across sessions. We do not use your session content to train AI models or for any other purpose.
All session content is deleted on Day 90 as described above.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Human Frēq for its intended purpose — as a personal daily practice in reception. You agree not to:
- Attempt to extract, copy, or reproduce the practice methodology or prompt content
- Use the service in any way designed to harm yourself or others
- Share account access with others — each account is for one person's practice
- Attempt to circumvent session limits, payment gates, or other technical controls
Intellectual Property
Human Frēq, the Frēq name, the practice methodology, and all coaching prompt content are the proprietary work of the Human Frēq team. Nothing in these terms grants you any license to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the practice or its content.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Human Frēq is provided as a wellness practice tool. It is not a licensed medical, psychological, or therapeutic service. Results vary. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Human Frēq and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the practice — including but not limited to emotional distress, relationship outcomes, or financial results.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If changes materially affect your rights, we will notify you by email before they take effect. Continued use of the practice after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
